High-precision civil and deep foundation engineering for D&H Sécheron's advanced welding electrode R&D and manufacturing facility in Indore. The project required deep under-reamed bored piles to overcome difficult black cotton soil strata, massive reinforced pile caps up to 1.0m thick, precision machinery pedestals, and 300 anchor bolts installed to millimeter tolerances.
Technical Scope & Execution Specifications
Deep Under-Reamed Piling (83 Piles, M30)
Bored cast-in-situ piles of 400mm diameter drilled to 5.0m depth, each equipped with 2 under-reamed bulbs of 1.0m diameter to provide unyielding uplift and compressive capacity in swelling soils.
1,300m Road Corridor (9m Width) & 1,300m Stormwater Drainage
Continuous 1,300 meter concrete road network of 9m width flanked by an integrated 1,300 meter stormwater drainage line.
1,400 sqmtr Warehouse & Softlux Foundations
1,400 sqmtr industrial warehousing facility and heavy Softlux machinery foundations engineered with vibration damping.
Monolithic Heavy Pile Caps (17 Nos, M30)
M30 concrete caps up to 1.0m thickness (including massive 5.7m × 10.5m multi-column transfer caps) designed for dynamic machine vibration resistance.
Precision Foundation Bolts (300 Nos, 25mm)
High-tensile 25mm bolts at 700mm length placed with rigid structural steel templates, holding sub-millimeter tolerances prior to non-shrink grouting.
Lift Core Shear Wall & Plinth Beams (140 Rmt, M30)
2.33m × 2.33m monolithic reinforced elevator core integrated with 140 Rmt of multi-section grade M30 plinth tie beams.
